Dosescope records what supplement labels say so that people can compare products. If you own or represent a product listed here, this page explains what we publish, what we do not, and how to ask for a review, correction or removal.

What we publish about a product

  • The nutrition facts or supplement facts as printed: nutrient, amount per serving, unit and the label’s own percentage figure. These are facts about the product and are recorded as data.
  • Short quotations of label wording (a directions line, a warning, a claim), marked “as printed” and attributed to the label. We quote to document, not to endorse.
  • The brand and product name, the market version, and the source we transcribed from (a photograph we took, a retailer listing, or the brand’s own page), with the date.
  • Photographs we took ourselves, or images we have permission to use. We do not copy brand logos or marketing artwork.

What we do not publish

  • We do not sell products, take affiliate commissions or accept paid listings.
  • We do not score, rank or recommend products, and we do not say a product works.
  • We do not add health claims of our own. Where a label makes a claim, we quote it and label it as the brand’s statement.

How to contact us

Use the contact form with the “Rights holder request” option, or email caryliu8787@gmail.com. To help us act quickly, include:

  1. The product and the address of the page concerned.
  2. Your name, organisation and your relationship to the product (owner, licensee, authorised representative).
  3. What you are asking for: a correction, a review, or removal.
  4. For a correction, what the label actually says and, if possible, a photograph or the label file.
  5. For removal, the right you are relying on and why the entry infringes it.

What happens next

  • We confirm receipt within two business days.
  • For a removal request we withdraw the entry from public view first, while we check it. A withdrawn page shows only a note that the entry was withdrawn, is marked so that search engines drop it, and no longer appears in lists or comparisons.
  • We then verify the request and reply within ten business days with one of three outcomes: the entry is corrected and republished, it stays withdrawn, or it is republished unchanged with our reasons.
  • Every correction is recorded on the Changelog page with the date and what changed. Withdrawn entries are not listed there.

Trademarks

Brand and product names are the property of their owners. They appear on Dosescope only to identify the products being described. Dosescope is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any brand.

Images

If a photograph on Dosescope is yours and you did not authorise its use, tell us and we will remove it while we check. We prefer to use our own photographs and will replace an image rather than argue about it.
